What is a Tenant's Representative?

A Tenant's Representative is a licensed real estate professional lending expertise and advice to clients, in a singular fiduciary relationship. With this clearly defined allegiance, a realistic plan and achievable goal can be designed and trusted to perfectly match tenants to a landlord or investors to a property.

I confine my work exclusively to commercial tenant representation services as a pure "Tenant's Agent". In order to assure a complete arms-length relationship with landlords, I do not accept their listings to avoid that conflict of interest.

Business owners are involved in leasing negotiations, say once every five years. Landlords continually. Owners in a face-to-face are at a bargaining disadvantage and need the expertise and advice of a dedicated working professional. I lend some serious commercial leasing experience to tenant-clients, to more than even up the playing field.

Most of the time the Fischbach firm is paid by sharing the property agent's fee. Our clients, as is the custom, pay nothing unless they are uncomfortable with that, and negotiate another arrangement.
